 Honeys
Spanish honeys are extraordinarily diverse in their
pollen content. Pollen analyses of honey has been done
under the context of several projects, mainly collaborating
with the firm HERO España S.A. The goal was to
estimate the geographical and botanical origins of market
honeys.
